COMMUNITY CENTER RENTAL POLICY
MEMBERS MUST BE IN
NOTE: NO HELIUM BALLOONS ALLOWED
All functions are based
upon a 4 (four) hour rental period. This includes clean up.
Members wishing to continue their function beyond the four hours
must pay ¼ of the room charge per hour and the facility aide charge
per additional hour(s). If additional charges are not paid by end
of party, the additional charges will be deducted from your
deposit. The balance will be refunded to you.
Clean up deposit is
mandatory. It is equal to the room rental fee and will be returned
upon inspection of the premises to verify that everything is in the
same condition as it was prior to the function being held.
Kitchen facility is
available only if a fee of $100.00 is paid and either
a certificate of insurance from a caterer is submitted or a $1000.00
bond posted. The kitchen is locked at all times.

upon size of party:
Up to 25 people ----- $
75.00 (additional charge per hour $ 18.75)26-50 people --------
125.00 (additional charge per hour $ 31.25)51-75 people
-------- 200.00 (additional charge per hour $
50.00)76-150 people ------ 300.00 (additional charge
per hour $ 75.00)
FACILITY AIDE charge is $100.00 for
a four (4) hour rental period. There will be a charge of $25.00 for
each additional hour. FACILITY AIDES are required even if outdoor
pool is open. Lifeguards are not facility aides.
Your guests can use the indoor or
outdoor pool with your current guest passes, 4 at a time, if pools
are open and not crowded.
No pool parties during pool or ski
All charges must be paid in full at
time of rental agreement signing. (Rentals and Deposits must be 2
separate checks or cash)
